Kanwal is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) accreditation. Kanwal’s decade of experience as a residential appraiser includes single & multiple family structures, rural residential acreages, executive homes etc. Prior to becoming a member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Kanwal was a police officer.
